የጤና ሚኒስቴር እና የኢትዮጵያ የሕብረተሰብ ጤና ኢንስቲትዩት በሩሲያ መንግሥት በተበረከተው የሞባይል ላቦራቶሪ እና መሣሪያዎች የአጠቃቀም ስልጠና ላይ ለሚሳተፉ ከአስራ አምስት የአፍሪካ ሀገራት እና ከሩሲያ ለተውጣጡ 120 ተሳታፊዎችና ተወካዮች የአድዋ መታሰቢያ ሙዚየም እና የብሄራዊ ቤተ-መንግሥትን ጉብኝት እንዲሁም በቤተ-መንግሥት የእራት ግብዣ የተደረገላቸው ሲሆን፤ በዝግጅቱ ላይ የኢትዮጵያ የሕብረተሰብ ጤና ኢንስቲትዩት ምክትል ዋና ዳይሬክተር ዶ/ር ሳሮ አብደላ እንኳን ደህና መጣችሁ በማለት አቀባበል አድርገዋል፡፡ አያይዘውም ስለ ኢትዮጵያ ባህልና እሴቶች ሲገልጹ “እንግዳን መቀበል፣ ያለንን ማካፈልና ለጋስነት ኢትዮጵያዊ ባህል ነው” በማለት ተናግረዋል፡፡ በመቀጠልም የእረፍት/የጉብኝት ጊዜያችሁን እቅድ ስታዘጋጁ፣ ኢትዮጵያን እንደ ቀዳሚ መዳረሻ እንድታደርጉ በማለት በአክብሮት ጋብዘዋል፡፡
የልዑካን ቡድኑ በኢትዮጵያና በሩሲያ የጤና ትብብር ማእቀፍ የተዘጋጀውን የጤና አጠባበቅ፣ የላቦራቶሪ ምርመራ እና ፈጣን የአደጋ ምላሽ ላይ ያተኮረ የሶስት ቀናት አውድ ጥናትና ስልጠና ከሚያዝያ 15 እስከ 17/2017 ዓ/ም በሃያት ሪጀንሲ ሆቴል ተሳትፈዋል፡፡ ይህ ስልጠና ለኢትዮጵያና ሩሲያ ትብብር ትልቅ ምዕራፍ ላይ መድረስ ማሳያ ነው፡፡
እንግዶች በቆይታቸውም የአድዋ መታሰቢያ ሙዚየም እና የብሄራዊ ቤተ መንግስት ጉብኝት ያደረጉ ሲሆን፤ ጎብኚዎች በአድዋ መታሰቢያ ሙዚየም ስለ ኢትዮጵያ ታሪካዊ ተጋድሎና ድል የተማሩበት እና ስለአገሪቱ ቅርሶችና ለዕድገት ጉዞዋ ያላቸውን አድናቆት በመግለጽ በአድዋ መታሰቢያ ሙዚየም እና በብሄራዊ ቤተ መንግሥት ያደረጓቸውን ጉብኝቶች ስለ ኢትዮጵያ በርካታ ነገሮችን የተገነዘቡበት መሆኑን ተናግረዋል፡፡ ከጉብኝቱ በኃላ በኢትዮጵያ ብሄራዊ ቤተ መንግሥት የእራት ግብዣ የተደረገላቸው ሲሆን፤ የእራት ግብዣው ላይ የነበርው የኢትዮጵያ ባህላዊ የቡና ሥነ-ሥርዓት በእንግዶቹ አድናቆትንና የማይረሳ ደማቅ ስሜት የፈጠረ የቡና ሥነ-ሥርዓት ነበር። በተጨማሪም በዝግጅቱ ላይ ለእንግዶቹ የኢትዮጵያ ቡና በስጦታ ተበርክቶላቸዋል። ስጦታውን አያይዘው መልዕክት ያሰተላለፉት የጤና ሚኒስቴር የሚኒስትር ጽ/ቤት አማካሪ አቶ መሃሪ “ኢትዮጵያ የቡና መገኛ ሀገር እና ለአለም ምርጥ ቡና አቅራቢ በመሆንዋ ከፍተኛ ኩራት ይሰማናል” ብለዋል። እንግዶቹንም የኢትዮጵያን እውነተኛ ጣዕም ያለው ቡና እንዲቀምሱ ጋብዘዋል። እንግዶቹም ለተደረገላቸው የእራት ግብዣ እና ለተበረከተላቸው ስጦታ ምስጋናቸውን አቀርበዋል።
ይህ ዝግጅት በህብረተሰቡ ጤና ላይ ሙያዊ ትስስርን ከማጠናከር ባለፈ የባህል ልውውጥን ያጎናፀፈ ሲሆን፤ አለም አቀፍ ልዑካን ኢትዮጵያ የበርካታ ባህሎችና ታሪክ መገኛ መሆንዋን እና በአፍሪካ ልማት እና እድገት ላይ ቁልፍ ሚና ያላት ሀገር እንደሆነች ያላቸውን አድናቆት ገልጸዋል።

The Ethiopian Ministry of Health and the Ethiopian Public Health Institute (EPHI) welcomed 120 distinguished guests from fifteen African countries and Russia for a high-level training program on mobile laboratories, recently donated by the Russian government to bolster Africa’s epidemic preparedness and healthcare infrastructure.
The visiting delegation participated in a three-day seminar focused on sanitation, laboratory diagnostics, and rapid emergency response, marking a significant milestone in Ethiopia-Russia health cooperation. As part of their stay, the guests were honored with a formal dinner at the Ethiopia National Palace, where they experienced Ethiopian hospitality and culture firsthand. The program also included a guided tour of the Adwa Memorial Museum, where visitors learned about Ethiopia’s historic struggle and victory, deepening their appreciation for the country’s heritage and its journey of development.
A memorable highlight of the evening was the traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremony, a cherished ritual that embodies the spirit of hospitality and community. During the event, guests were presented with Ethiopian coffee as a gift, a gesture that symbolizes warmth, respect, and the sharing of experience—a central tenet of Ethiopian culture.
