Development of Nutrition Profiling Model for Ethiopia

Description

Nutrient profiling is a scientific method of ranking and classifying food and beverage items according to their nutritional composition. It provides a method of differentiating between foods and nonalcoholic beverages based on their potential contribution to consumption of excess energy, saturated fats, trans-fats, sugars or salt. In this project NPM will be developed using secondary data related to Industrially processed packed food.

To develop a Nutrient Profile Model that is specific to Ethiopia.
