Course Description
This training is a four days course designed for public health emergency supply chain professionals. The course briefly addresses the core competencies in public health emergency supply chain management; principles of supply chain and logistics operations as applied to public health emergency preparedness and response including such important logistic operations of selection, quantification, procurement and sourcing of public health emergency products as part of the overall preparedness plans to public health emergency response. It also presents the management of storage, distribution and fleet management for public health emergency products as well as waste management and reverse logistics as related to public health
emergency products. The course gives trainees briefs on coordination and collaboration of public health supply chain stakeholders and resource mobilization as well as monitoring and evaluation of emergency supply chain performance.
Couse Goal:
The goal of this course is to provide supply chain practitioners involved in the management of public health emergencies with the basic knowledge, skills and attitude required for the supply chain management of health emergency products.

Suggested Class Size:
The total number of participants per a training room shall be from 20-25 but not exceed 25.
Participant: Trainer (Facilitator):
Four (4) trainers are required per each training session
Training Venues:
The training shall be conducted at the Hall which can accommodate 25 participants and fulfilled COVID-19 protocol.
