EPHI Met with Its Public Wings

The Ethiopian Public Health Institute’s (EPHI) Reform and Good Governance Directorate (RGGD) organized a meeting with the Institute’s Public Wing on April 24, 2018 in the Institutes National Public Health Training Center’s meeting hall.

On the meeting the Institute’s nine months Reform and Good Governance and the Institute’s general performance reports were presented by Yilma Bekele Director of RGGD and Dr. Ebba Abate Director General of EPHI respectively. 

“This meeting is very important for us to improve our services and work together to serve the society by our maximum capacity. It also helps us to know how we are perceived from outside,” said Dr. Ebba.

Good Governance and Reform, flagship initiatives, achievements, major challenges and solutions/remedies were the major points included in the Institute’s nine months performance report. The presentations were followed by questions, comments and suggestions which all were addressed accordingly.

Different medical associations, sub city administrations and organization representatives including EPHI’s directors and office heads have participated on the meeting.
