EPHI Farewells Director & Deputy Director Generals, Accepts new Deputy Director
The Ethiopian Public Health Institute (EPHI) organized a farewell ceremony for its former Director General (DG) Dr. Amha Kebede and Deputy Director General (DDG) Dr. Tsigereda Kifle in recognition to their invaluable and dedicated service during their times with the Institute.
DG of EPHI Dr. Ebba Abate including Directors, Office heads and case team leads have attended the ceremony. Senior staffs of the Institute have delivered a farewell speech and the management system the former DDG and DG had.
Finally a certificate and medal was given to them by Dr. Ebba on behalf the Institute, and the Institute wishes them all the best in their future endeavors.
Dr. Amha has joined the African Society for Laboratory medicine while Dr. Tsigereda has been appointed to be General Director of Federal HIV/AIDS Protection and Control Office.
And recently Dr. Getachew Tollera has been appointed to be Deputy Director General of EPHI. The Institute warmly welcomes the new DDG and wishes him a fruitful and favorable working environment in the Institute.
